A year ago and started at that point basically with your 3 [Most Important] Questions and the 6 Phase Meditation.
The 6 phase meditation is part of my morning routine and I practice it basically every day before I stand up.
What I like about is, that you start optimistically and with full energy in your day. In addition, the 3 questions (experience, growth, contribute) I use to “resort” myself every quarter/half year. I use it to set/align my goals/direction for the upcoming future.

So both tools help me to lead a happier life and especially in periods of stress, it always brings you back to a good, happier mode.
